Jackson Animal Care Center is the municipal animal services organization serving the City of Jackson. Previously operating under the name Jackson Animal Care & Control, the department sought to better reflect its mission, values, and commitment to animal welfare through a more approachable and community-centered identity.
Paris Creative Agency partnered with the organization to lead a brand refresh that aligned public perception with the care-focused work happening inside the facility every day.

Paris Creative Agency led a comprehensive rebrand to support the organization’s evolution from Jackson Animal Care Center to Jackson Animal Care & Control, a name that accurately reflects the full scope of services, from compassionate animal care to municipal control responsibilities. The updated brand strengthens trust with the community by balancing authority with approachability, helping the department feel both professional and people-focused.
We designed a new logo that feels welcoming and credible, aligned with the mission, while remaining appropriate for a municipal department. To support the refreshed identity, we expanded the existing color palette to add flexibility across digital and print applications, while maintaining continuity with the organization’s established visual presence.
We designed and launched a new website that clearly communicated services, adoption information, and community resources in a way that was accessible and easy to navigate for the public.
The result was a cohesive, modern brand that better represents the organization’s role as a place of care, safety, and support, strengthening trust and engagement with the public.
