In 2019, the City of Jackson partnered with Paris Creative Agency to develop a cohesive brand identity and strategic communication framework that reflected the administration’s vision for the city’s future. The goal was to create a brand that honored Jackson’s rich history while positioning it as a progressive, welcoming community for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
At the time, the City’s visual and messaging assets lacked consistency and did not fully capture the energy, diversity, or momentum of Jackson’s growth. The administration recognized the need for a unified brand that could strengthen community pride and clearly communicate the City’s direction.
What We Did
Paris Creative Agency began the rebranding process with in-depth research to better understand how residents, visitors, and stakeholders perceived the City of Jackson. This discovery phase helped identify gaps in the existing brand and uncovered opportunities to highlight the City’s cultural diversity, historical significance, and forward-thinking leadership.
Working closely with the Mayor’s office, our team developed a comprehensive brand strategy designed to align with the administration’s vision and long-term goals. This included defining a clear and authentic brand identity, creating structured brand guidelines to ensure consistency across departments, and developing messaging that resonated with both internal and external audiences.
